Terms of Purchase, Sale and Returns

These Terms of Purchase, Sale and Returns (hereinafter – the “Terms”) set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of MB “TALO Sensus” (hereinafter – the “Seller”) and the Buyer when purchasing goods and services on the website.

2. Goods and Services

2.1. The Seller provides the following services:

• karmology, astrology, and astropsychology consultations;

• regression therapy;

• relationship and addiction counseling;

• lectures and seminars.

2.2. The Seller also sells physical goods (e.g., bedding), which are made (sewn) according to the Buyer’s individual order.

3. Conclusion of the Purchase and Sale Agreement

3.1. The purchase and sale agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer places an order and makes the payment.
3.2. The order is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received.

4. Prices and Payments

4.1. All prices are indicated in euros (EUR).
4.2. Payments are processed through the payment service provider Paysera.
4.3. The Seller is not responsible for disruptions in the payment service provider’s operations.

5. Production and Delivery of Goods

5.1. Physical goods are produced according to the Buyer’s individual order.
5.2. Goods are produced and shipped within 3 business days after payment is received, unless stated otherwise.
5.3. Within Lithuania, goods are delivered via DPD, LP Express, or Omniva.
5.4. Automatic shipping is available only within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.5. Shipping to other countries is possible only by contacting the Seller individually — delivery costs and сроки are agreed separately.

6. Provision of Services

6.1. Services are provided at the agreed time and in the agreed format (remotely or otherwise, as indicated at the time of ordering).
6.2. A service is considered provided when it has been carried out in accordance with the agreement.

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1. In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods made (sewn) individually according to the Buyer’s order;

• services that have been provided or started with the Buyer’s consent.

8. Return Conditions

8.1. Only the following goods may be returned:

• defective goods;

• goods that do not match the order.

8.2. If a defect or mismatch is discovered, the Buyer must contact the Seller immediately by email.
8.3. In such cases, the goods may be replaced or the paid amount may be refunded.

9. Return Costs

9.1. The Buyer covers the return shipping costs, except when the goods are returned due to a defect or the Seller’s fault.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. Consultations, therapy sessions, and seminars are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment.
10.2. The Seller is not responsible for decisions made by the Buyer based on the services provided.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.
11.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.3. The Buyer has the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority.

12. Final Provisions

12.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms.
12.2. The new version of the Terms comes into effect from the moment it is published on the website.
